Founded by Michelle Gomez, a Queens, NY native influenced by her Colombian upbringing, Mamivea began as a class idea in her sophomore year of college and has since grown into an extension of her journey — blending curiosity, design, and spirituality into pieces that express movement, meaning, and self.
